We found this forclosure home in Wenatchee: 5bed, 3bath, 2750sq ft on a 1/3 of an acre...asking price $189,900. It's a total fixer upper. We haven't shopped around too much other than the internet, so I felt we were rushing into things until I saw the inside. It does not smell good or look great right now, but I immediately saw the potential. The exterior is beautiful, like a house from a movie. Yard needs some fixing up and the garage and such. The inside needs a ton of work. We decided to place an offer. After a week of adjusting against a couple other offers, ours was accepted!! I don't think it has all sunk in yet with me. I guess it doesn't seem real yet. Now we need to pass inspection to secure our loan, and make sure all the necessary repairs can be done before closing with out increasing the price by too much!
